- How do you become qualified?
- Learn how to perform various mission-related tasks
- Demonstrate your ability to perform those tasks (SQTR). Many can be on the ground, some need to be done on an actual training air sortie. Confirmed by Skills Evaluator.
- Specialty Qualification Training Records (SQTR) for each qualification (MS, MO, MP, etc.)
- e-Services to track qualifications
- CAPF-101 “card” shows current qualification status
- Renew qualifications as needed (recurrency)
